Epiphany Catholic Church in Watford City, ND, is having its first Spring Festival on Sunday, May 31, at Kent Pelton Park. The event, which begins at 1:00 p.m., includes a vendor show, 5K run, a country hog roast and international delights including Mexican food and Filipino food, and more.
