It's my second year at this event, which is hosted by the team behind the larger-than-life Union Silos mural and invites everyone to kick up their heels to celebrate what makes my hometown, Minot, ND, special – its resilient spirit, its strong community connections, and its ability to turn nearly any activity into a good time.
